Chilling Line / Poultry Processing Plant

The Paddle Chiller machine is used Final chilling. It allows poultry products to reach the standard temperatu re before reaching the dripping line. It is driven using a variable frequency drive which allows the operator tweak the speed to match the line speed and achieve the chilling time required.
